Q: How we start?Is it complex?
A:It's very easy. Just send requirement to us thru email or IM tool (like skype,wechat or what'sapp), we will reply very soon. If you do not know what exactly you want, don't worry, just let us know the purpose you need and where you use them, we
will give you the best suggestion.
Q: What information should I let you know for a quotation?
A:Commonly, we need to know the product name, size, material, and quantity for a rapid quote. If you have some information not quite sure, don't worry, we will give you the best suggestion.
Q: Do you have art templates?
A:Yes, we have art templates of all our products for you to create your own art file. You can contact us to get the templates. We also can make your custom flags to your custom templates.
Q: What are file should I provide, could you help on the design?
A:Standard art files is vector format like .eps, .ai or .pdf. If you have non-vector format like .jpeg, .bmp, .gif, .psd, please make sure the resolution is high enough. We also have designer can help you to create your own art.
Q: What's your MOQ?
A:There are no minimum order required for most items, please call us if you require more information.But the more quantity you order, the cheaper the price per item.
Q:Can you provide a design service?
A:Yes we can. If you can offer the vector logo ,our designer will help you to do artwork design which it is according to your request. It's a free service if you order it.
Q: How about the terms of payment?
A:For large order, T/T . For small order, T/T, western union,Alipay and paypal can be accepted too.
Q: Hows about the shipment?
A:For small order, we will ship the good to you via FEDEX,TNT,DHL and etc express. For large order,We accept EXW, FOB,CNF, CIF,price term And shipment by sea, by air.
